  • View ancient scriptures, rock art, and panoramic vistas of mountains/desert/sea

• St. Paul Monastery:

  • Built over the 4th-century cave of hermit St. Paul of Thebes

• Lunch at a local restaurant

• ~5:00 PM: Return to hotel
